This course will teach attorneys about how courtroom technology is deployed at trial. The course explains how new technologies such as interactive whiteboards are used for trial presentation to enable attorneys to analyze complex information quickly, insert relevant notes, and integrate specialized simulation software. Attorneys and litigation support professionals can also use trial presentation software to organize exhibits and depositions, prepare their cases for trial and enhance their case presentations. This course will give attorneys a better understanding of how digital technology, collaboration and interactivity can help improve overall efficiency to run a better law practice. Judy Miller serves as a strategic consultant, advising implementing litigation technology for law firms and courts. Derek Miller has been involved in the management and presentation of information for over 17 years. Prior to assuming the position of VP of Professional Services, Jordan Ray worked with inData as a trial consultant.
